1) Position:Chief Financial Officer
Description: One of the Gas and Power Limited developers in Nigeria seeks to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to managing and reporting on the financing and expenditure profile of company Gas Sale and Purchase Contracts, Power Purchase Agreements

Key responsibilities will be,
•Develops and articulate a comprehensive financial and risk management strategy for the business based on business growth and plans.
• Supports the CEO in managing strategic key relationships with financial partners to ensure strong and effective alliances are maintained for the growth of the business.
• Communicates/reports key information to the Board of Directors and other internal/external stakeholders as regards regulatory issues, marketplace needs, the competitive environment, business performance and other pertinent issues
• Manages the company’s asset, debt, cost and profitability position and establishes an appropriate frame work for the prompt rendition of returns/dividends to investors, and for repayments of short and long-term debt (monitors/manages facilitates with financial institutions)

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related area
• An Master of Business Administration is an advantage
• Minimum 15 years cognate work experience in Financial / Management Accounting, the last 7 years must have been in management role in a reputable and structured business environment, preferably in a Nigerian or International Oil & Gas Company

Description: High growth FMCG business with presence across West Africa seeks to appoint a Senior Controller to help in taking control of the business and ensure integration of the target with the company and application of best practices

The key responsibilities will be;
• The Senior Controller will be working in Chennai, India, where the financial team together with some other functions of the acquired business sit, but reporting directly to the Corporate Strategy and Financial Officer, based in the company’s Headquarters

• A mature candidate with over 5 years of experience in controlling functions, with full responsibility over a specific business
• Candidate must be fluent English; French and or Spanish

Description: One of the leading Pension Fund Administrator seeks appoint a Chief Operating Officer to provide leadership for the company’s day to day operations as well as achieving operating and financial objectives

Key responsibilities will be;
• Ensure that plans and policies are consistently understood, correctly interpreted and administered by subordinate managers
• Map out, oversee and facilitate structures and procedures across all departments
• Lead and direct company staff, and oversee each departments’ specific areas of responsibility to achieve company goals and objectives
• Serve as bridge between functional heads in regards to cross functional tasks
• Assure the development of planning and control systems and other management systems that may be required to ensure effective control of the company

• Knowledge in supply chain functions including purchasing, order fulfillment, and shipping
• Strong knowledge of and experience with planning and budgeting
• Experience working in emerging markets, especially Africa
• Willing to travel in short notice
