5) Position:Chief Marketing Officer
Description: One of the leading Pension Fund Administrator seeks appoint a Chief Marketing Officer to Build and manage the entire marketing team and oversee the marketing budget.

Key responsibilities will be;

Description: One of the leading Pension Fund Administrator seeks appoint a General Manager, Marketing who is Proactive with a dynamic mindset to provide strategic direction to the company’s marketing initiatives and drive implementation of marketing plan towards improving the company’s brand awareness and market share in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities will be;
• Ensure that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet the company’s marketing objectives
• Develop suitable market penetration strategies for under-penetrated sectors of the Pension Fund Administrator market
• Manage the company’s marketing budget and develop marketing spend mix with the aim of ensuring the most effective allocation of the marketing spend

Description: One of the leading Pension Fund Administrator seeks appoint a Chief Financial Officer to overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization in conjunction with the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities will be;
• Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability; oversee cash, investments, and asset management
• Maintain banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners. Represent company to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors, and officials
• Develop and maintain strong relationships of trust and respect with analysts and investors, and respond to external requests for financial and strategic information in an accurate, appropriate, and timely manner
• Lead and develop a team of financial and operational leaders
• Manage and oversee all financial and business planning activities, including: Create and implement strategic plans, budgets, accounting practices and reporting processes

8) Position:Maintenance Planning Manager
Description: Leading Hydro Power generation plant seeks to appoint a Maintenance Planning Manager. Candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient planning for maintenance of the power plant, associated equipment, infrastructure and systems.

Key responsibilities will be;
• Ensure that the power plant availability and reliability is calculated and prioritized to minimize impacts on safety and production, trough the most effectively Planned Maintenance Program.
• Ensure appropriate procedures and planned maintenance program to achieve legal compliance, incident prevention and the achievement of tasks in an environmentally sustainable manner.
• Ensure parts, consumables and expertise is available as scheduled
• Establish controls to ensure all equipment history logs are maintained
• Coordinate and supervise projects to achieve completion to agreed quality, budget and schedule.
• Ensure continuous improvement of service delivery by utilization of systems to plan and control the flow of maintenance work and record for compliance and equipment history purposes.
• Assist in develop Generation and Maintenance annual budget for approval by the Chief Operations Officer.
• Review expenditure on a monthly basis and ensure all variances to budget are investigated and reported.

Requirements
• Bachelor of Art and or Bachelor of Science
• 6 – 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Completion of a certified program of competence in a mechanical and or electrical trade or engineering diploma.
• The role requires the successful applicant to have extensive experience managing the operation and maintenance of large hydro power plants.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning maintenance of power plants and infrastructure including: experience with hydro power plants maintenance
