2) Position:Associate in Portfolio Operations
Description: One of the leading private equity firms seeks to appoint an Associate in Portfolio Operations to providing support in the form of analytical work, directly to Partners in the Portfolio Operations Group, for a Two year fixed term contract or secondment, followed by exit to business school, into a portfolio company or other.

Key responsibilities will be:
• Candidate will work with portfolio companies to track performance
• Assist partners with driving change in portfolio companies through high quality detailed analysis of financial results, KPIs and third party data
• Prepare quarterly portfolio review materials for internal review
• Prepare presentation materials for quarterly portfolio reviews for several portfolio companies and participate in the presentation of these reviews at internal firm wide meetings
• Investigate and analyse a specific element of portfolio company performance examples might include: the analysis of fuel consumption by site in a tower leasing company
• Operational due diligence for new investment opportunities: visit the target company (with the Partner) and make an assessment of the quality of financial management and reporting in the company
• Assist investment team in developing an excel model of the target company

• Bachelor degree
• 3- 4 years accounting or management consulting experience with top tier firm
• Investment banking, Private Equity or VC experience an advantage
• All Highly analytical, driven professional with strong knowledge of finance
• Fluency in French will be an added advantage

3) Position:Director HR
Description: We are looking for an accomplished, energetic and driven Human Resource Director for Five year Contract.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Divisional Manager for Corporate Services
• The candidate will be responsible for the Strategically direct and manage the HR Department,
• Actively contribute to the strategic planning of the Division and Commission.
• Identify and implement strategic Human Resource policies to be in line with the best practices and legislation.
• Offer counselling to staff in terms of the Employee Assistance Programme
• Manage the payroll and employee benefits
• Manage the training and development of staff in the line with Workplace skills Plan and other legislative frameworks
• Provide strategic human resource planning
• Recruitment in line with the Commissions Employments Equity Plan
• Develop and Implement remuneration strategic and staff retention
• Performance Management and Labour Relations functions

• An Honours Degree in Human Resource is the Minimum requirement; Master’s degree in Business administration will be an advantage an added advantage.
• 5 Years overall working experience of which3 years must be managerial experience
• Psychometric Assessments experience
• Competencies in the following areas are essential: recruitment and selections; training and development; employment equity planning; organisational development; employee administration; IR administrations, succession planning; remuneration and benefits ; HR information systems; reporting and data analysis; performance management and Labour planning administration,
