Edward Stokes – Managing Director– Johannesburg / International

Following a career in finance and banking Edward joined Hays Executive (UK FTSE250) where he specialized in finance and financial markets recruitment and HR internationally. He established Hays Executive in South Africa in 1996 and in 2005 launched Intrepid HR to focus on the African continent.

Key focus areas : Edward specializes in Investment Banking, Private Equity and Strategic roles in industry.

Nozipho Mashologu – Director– Johannesburg / Africa

Following a career in HR with large corporations and 8 years recruitment experience with leading recruitment firms servicing the domestic and international market. Nozipho joined Hays Executive February 2005. She has been instrumental in facilitating the birth of ‘Intrepid HR’ and as a significant shareholder in the business plays a key role in management and development whilst retaining a hands on approach to servicing her clients.

Stuart Wallis-Brown – Director – Cape Town / International

A specialist in the Asset Management, Multi Management Markets, Stuart is a highly accomplished recruiter with 10 years experience in the field. Based in Cape Town but with a national and international focus in his markets, Stuart has a track record of accessing and creating opportunities for his clients.
